Killing the Nigger

“Racism is man's gravest threat to man - the maximum of hatred for a minimum of reason.”

Abraham J. Heschel quotes (Jewish theologian and philosopher, 1907-1972)

Killing the Nigger.

Whoo, are you kidding. The New York Post cartoon, about the shooting of the chimpanzee, by Delonas is not subtle, if anything it is blatant racism of the worst kind. This low life Delonas and the New York post have clearly stated their position visa-vie race in America, they are clearly on the side of the Ku klux Klan. Lets call them what they are, racist bigots. Why they don't use the word nigger just eludes me. Call it like it is, that's what their cartoon does.

I don't believe in censorship so I would never say don't publish it, but have the courage of your convictions and don't hide behind the bull shit that it is a political cartoon with a mixed message, that fools nobody. Of course your brothers in arms Fox news will say it is just a cartoon and not racist but look deep into you heart of hearts and you KNOW it is racism and sends a dangerous message about killing the nigger, which is maybe just what you wanted to do. (Cartoon, New York Post)

Stimulus, Republicans don't want it. They have jobs, not losing their homes, so screw everybody else.

President Obama today signed the stimulus bill. To listen to the Republicans this is a total waste of time. Maybe they are right as it does not give massive tax cuts to the rich. Of course all those states with Republican Governors and senators will not take any of the stimulus money. They will not pump in money to their states to help their unemployed, they will not accept money to help small businesses or home owners struggling to stay afloat. Why the hell should they have jobs and they are not hurting. Their rich friends and political pacs are donating money for their next campaign and the evangelicals support them but maybe only until their flock become unemployed and can't support their churches and they have to fold, but that won't happen for a while. Who are we kidding they will make damn sure to get a piece of the pie. They are the ultimate hypocrites. It is time to turn those bastards out of office.

At least Obama is doing something positive. This economic meltdown is not of his making but a legacy of the Bush administration and something the Republicans seem incapable of dealing with. Part of the Bush stimulus, $350 billion, that went to the banks disappears into a black hole and nobody knows where it went, fuck transparency. All the Republican bell weathers have their hands out for the stimulus, they revile as socialism, largess, and they want more. The banks and auto companies want billions. How about what America wants, give a man a hand and he will feed his family.

End Murdoch rule in America

It's time to end Rupert Murdoch strangle hold on American media and his vendetta against American values. Murdoch, an Australian national, has special permission to own multiple types of media in the United States. It is time that media was free to act as they should, as independent reporters of the news not as a right wing propaganda machine. It is time to end this monopoly and investigate Murdoch. American media should be owned and controlled by Americans. When one man owns the presses and airwaves it is recipe for demagoguery.

Hannity and Friends or low lives or Fox News and dirt bags.
News Hounds
Let Them Sleep On The Street!
FOX News Calls Troubled Homeowners “Deadbeats”"In a panel in which nobody advocated for the homeowners in question, “fair and balanced” FOX repeatedly characterized them as “deadbeats” who would be profiting at the expense of working people. No statistics were provided to back up their inflammatory soundbites nor was there any information about the nature of the actual suffering of non-deadbeats who may have lost their only shelter as a result of a job loss or medical bills, etc. The only panelist in favor of aid to homeowners

argued that it would save the value of his own home from declining. As far as FOX is concerned, “Let them sleep on the street so long as my investment is safe.”"

The Hannity method Lies, half-truths, and missinformation
"Confronted with the truth, Hannity refused to back down from debunked
mouse, LA-Vegas rail falsehoods

Summary: On Fox News, Sean Hannity repeated the false GOP talking
points that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act directs that funds
be spent to protect the salt marsh harvest mouse in San Francisco and on a
high-speed rail line between Southern California and Las Vegas. In fact, as
Rep. Joe Sestak noted in response to Hannity, the bill does not contain any
language directing funds to the salt marsh harvest mouse or its San
Francisco wetlands habitat, nor does the bill include a provision directing
that funds be spent on a high-speed rail line between Southern California
and Las Vegas." more with video

The GOP anti union and American worker
(The Huffington Post, Art Levine Feb, 22, 2009)
"The Hoover-like GOP has been working overtime to oppose President Obama's stimulus package while hoping he fails. Meanwhile, a report released yesterday by the Center for American Progress Action Fund essentially underscores the real reasons Republicans and the business community have taken another equally short-sighted economic stance: fighting workers' right to organize. As Unions Are Good For the American Economy points out with irrefutable statistics, unionization raises wages and boosts the economy because it puts more money in the pockets of American workers. Argentina kicks out anti Semite priest
That Bishop Williamson denies that jews were gassed by the Nazi regime is ludicrous. I have been to Auschwitz and once there, their is no denying that a holocaust took place. This man is either a naive fool or an apologist for anti-semitism. The fact that he wears his collar backwards and is priest does not change the fact that the holocaust happened and Jews died in the millions.

The Methane Time Bomb

"International experts are alarmed. "Methane release due to thawing permafrost in the Arctic is a global warming wild card," warned a report by the United Nations Environment Programme last year. Large amounts entering the atmosphere, it concluded, could lead to "abrupt changes in the climate that would likely be irreversible."" (Los Angeles Times)

    1. Let me be clear, the cartoon was offensive and racist. I agree with you on that but how can you be so naive as to even put Fox News and the Post in the same sentence. The post is the most blatantly liberal, socialist piece of garbage that has ever been printed. I imagine you were equally outraged when they posted anti-American propaganda, right. Suck it up. They are the liberals rag, don't try and distance yourself from them now. .The Silent Majority
